The largest and most comprehensive HVAC/R exposition, the AHR Expo attracts tens of thousands of attendees from all facets of the industry, including contractors, engineers, dealers, distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, architects, builders, industrial plant operators, facility owners and managers, agents and reps.
1, 800 HVAC/R professionals and 28,582 registered visitors met at this show, a nearly eight percent increase from the 2005 AHR Expo in Orlando, set a new record for Southeast HVAC/R shows.
AHR Expo 2010 was a great success for Vents-US. We talked to hundreds of people who were interested in the products Ventilation Systems are offering for both the US and international markets.
We saw a lot more foot traffic in our booth than expected, especially local wholesalers, contractors, and applied distributors. Our broad product displays helped us tell the complete story of Ventilation Systems offerings, for which we find AHR Expo to be the perfect venue.
Visitors were pleased with the wide range of high-quality products. We heard from many attendees in our booth that our temperature and speed controlled in-line fans, HRV unit, Design fans, and diffusers were exceptionally impressive. The adjustable louvered plastic grills draw big attention as well.
We got to show customers our newest innovations, and more importantly, made our presence known in the HVAC industry.
Not only did we get to meet with existing customers, but we met many more potential ones from every part of the country.
A total of 236 companies, of which 69 international, visited our booth, and asked us to get in touch with them after the show to follow up on their specific product interest.
We want to be positioned for meeting the needs of the industry, and by attending the AHR Expo; we are able to do just that.
In today's shifting marketplace, the show did offer good opportunities to make promising connections, to find new sectors and new international business markets.
The Expo provides an excellent opportunity to communicate our strengths to the right audience.
We are positioning ourselves for growth in 2010; hopefully we are in for an exciting year.
