Design
Air-heating unit AOV consist of high efficient fan and copper-aluminum ribbed water heat exchanger. AOV case is made of steel with polymer coating. Pipes with external thread for connection with hot water source are lead off from the heat exchanger case. AC motors with external rotor having thermal protection are used in AOV units.
Control system
Smooth or step speed control is performed with thyristor or autotransformer controller. Fans speed reducing allows to reduce air flow capacity and heat consumption for the optimal temperature setting. It is possible to adjust coolant flow due to mixing units usage.
Installation
AOV units are mount vertically on walls (columns) or horizontally on ceiling (beams).
