Autumn knowledge fair under the auspices of VENTS

Through October and November 2015 VENTS held a series of on-site workshops for students of Ukrainian technical colleges and universities as well as tours of the company's ventilation factory in Boyarka.

Having the largest production facilities in Europe as well as the unique climatic laboratory VENTS is committed to supporting educational initiatives and sharing expertise with the future industry experts. Such insights help improve graduates' qualification which directly relates to their further employment potential.

At the end of October the company representatives ran a factory tour and the on-site workshop for the students of Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin (the School of Physics and Energy). Just a week later the company facilities were attended by a group of students of Kherson National Technical University (the Chair of Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Physics). The students had a rare chance of witnessing the creation of high-tech VENTS ventilation equipment while visiting the domestic and industrial ventilation equipment shops. In addition to that the company experts held specialist workshops sharing their priceless knowledge of energy-saving equipment and its operating principles.

The VENTS team also toured the west of Ukraine on the invitation from several technical universities which resulted in a host of exciting and highly productive events. Our experts visited Lutsk National Technical University, the Chair of Power Engineering of Lviv National Agrarian University, Rivne National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use (the Chair of Heat and Gas Supply, Ventilation and Sanitary Engineering), and Ternopil National Technical University named after I. Pulyuy. The interactive lectures given by qualified experts in ventilation system design, operation and installation from VENTS held for both senior students and their professors dealt with important aspects of designing contemporary ventilation systems and presented a host of the company's proprietary technology and energy-saving climatic equipment. The sessions also enabled students to discuss career opportunities – in particular, traineeship at the company's facilities and further employment by “VENTILATION SYSTEMS”. All the workshop participants received keepsakes from the company including T-shirts, notebooks and measure tapes as well as VENTS product catalogues.

The LNTU School of Civil Construction and Design also hosted a round table entitled "Ventilation Technology and Equipment". The discussions resulted in milestone agreements on extended cooperation ranging from assistance in upgrading laboratories and classrooms to factory tours and pre-graduation internship at VENTS production facilities.
