The new Vents ERV-M fan is designed primarily to be used in exhaust ventilation systems for shelters. It ensures the effective removal of contaminated air from sanitary units, diesel generators, battery rooms, storage areas, and other auxiliary spaces that require a separate air exchange system.
The fan’s main feature is its compact size, which allows for installation in confined spaces typical of most shelters. As a result, the ERV-M is the optimal solution for small basements with low ceilings.
Yet another key advantage of the Vents ERV-M is its capability to operate in two modes. The fan is equipped with both electric and manual drives, allowing it to operate both when power supply is available and in standalone mode during emergencies or power outages.
The fan’s design includes a metal casing with anti-corrosion coating, a centrifugal impeller with forward-curved blades, a three-phase electric motor, a manual drive gearbox, and a clutch mechanism that ensures quick and reliable switching between electric and manual operating modes. An additional feature is its adjustable handle, which increases installation flexibility and makes the equipment even more comfortable to operate.
ERV-M fans are equipped with three-phase electric motors rated for a 400 V (50 Hz) power supply and featuring an IP54 protection rating, which ensures reliable operation of the equipment under demanding operating conditions.
A special RM-M mounting frame is used to install the fan; it is available in two versions: for horizontal floor mounting and for vertical wall mounting. This solution simplifies the integration of the equipment into different types of shelters.
