The growing demand for FlexiVent modular air distribution system has necessitated the expansion of its functional capabilities. In response to the market demands, the Ventilation Systems Company has expanded the range of semi-rigid ducts used in FlexiVent system with 90 mm air ducts.
FlexiVent is a modular complex that allows for creating efficient energy-saving ventilation systems in private houses, apartments and commercial premises during construction or renovation work. One of the main elements of the system are semi-rigid ducts of different diameters. The new 90 mm ducts product line complements the existing 63- and 75-mm air ducts and is intended to expand the capabilities of FlexiVent system, primarily in terms of improvement of its performance.
Semi-rigid ducts are made of impact-resistant plastic, which provides a number of technical advantages for these products i.e., durability, resistance to shocks, stress, temperature changes, etc. High strength of the material, along with small diameters of pipes, makes it possible to lay them in the floor, pouring them with a concrete screed, or in the wall or above a suspended ceiling. This solution allows you creating a completely hidden and almost silent ventilation system that does not take up space in the room and does not spoil its interior. Perfectly smooth inner surface of ducts also helps to reduce noise levels and makes them easy to clean.
