“Parkovi Ozera 2” is a modern, comfortable residential complex located near a park area in the capital of Ukraine. The project’s concept is based on a combination of convenient urban living, well-developed infrastructure, and a high level of comfort. During the design phase, special attention was paid to engineering systems – particularly ventilation systems – which directly impact residents’ quality of life.
The apartments in the residential complex feature a mechanical exhaust ventilation system with passive air intake. Over 300 Vents Quiet Style and Vents Quiet Style A residential fans have been installed to ventilate bathrooms and restrooms.

Vents VKM 100 and Vents VKPI 400×200 inline centrifugal fans were used for ventilating the complex’s utility rooms. This equipment ensures efficient air circulation in utility rooms and the boiler room, and is characterized by high performance, reliability, and adaptability to operation under challenging conditions.
The installed Vents ventilation equipment helps create a comfortable indoor climate for the residents of the residential complex and ensures the uninterrupted operation of the building’s engineering infrastructure.
