This October VENTS got seriously under way in strengthening the company's position in the Scandinavia. Following the presentation of the company's products at FinnBuild 2016 exhibition of construction technology and equipment in Finland From 12 through 14 October the company showcased its latest offerings at VVS-dagene 2016 HVAC fair in Norway from 19 through 21 October.
It is no coincidence that VENTS decided to set its sights on the Nordic countries. Today Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark with their combined population 26.5 million people constitute one of the largest European markets. Compared to other European countries this region is characterised with higher standards of living and less favourable climatic conditions. The people's desire for comfort and rational use of natural resources has resulted in a steady demand for comprehensive energy-efficient ventilation and air-conditioning solutions. This is why VENTS brought its latest energy-saving solutions to FinnBuild and VVS-dagene exhibitions.
The visitors showed a keen interest in the VUT family of air handling units with heat recovery. The technical specifications of the series are nothing short of impressive: for example, VUT 160 VB EC in a noise- and heat-insulated casing is one of the best performers in its class with heat recovery efficiency reaching 94 % and the EC motor efficiency as high as 90 %. Being designed with smaller spaces in mind the compact VUT 300 V mini air handling unit with air capacity up to 300 m3/h can recover as much as 80% of the heat otherwise lost. The industrial ventilation solutions by VENTS were represented by ТТ Silent-M and TT Silent-MD EC noise-insulated duct fans and AirVENTS modular air-handling units designed for large spaces such as shop floors, warehouses, supermarkets, hotels, office and residential spaces etc.
However, it was the TwinFresh single-room air handling units with heat recovery that stole a lot of limelight from other VENTS models on display. Besides being energy-efficient and easy to install and maintain these versatile units are suitable for renovation of houses and flats making them especially desirable in the local market of ventilation systems.
Other new arrivals from VENTS showcased at the company booth included MICRA 100 E compact energy-saving air handling unit that had undergone a complete redesign and DVUT 300 GB EC single-room floor-mounted ventilation unit. The silent-running MICRA 100 E is characterised with outstanding heat recovery efficiency (up to 92 %). The unit is suitable for a wide range of applications including houses, offices, hotels and other types of spaces. DVUT 300 GB EC is also no slouch in the heat recovery and air capacity departments (up to 93 % and 550 m3/h respectively) and is ideally suited for pre-school and other educational institutions.
During the time at the exhibitions the VENTS team held more than 350 meetings with numerous prospective clients including business people, heads of companies, design engineers, installers and other specialists.
