This year is about to set a new record in completing the company’s program of upgrading its production facilities. Following the recent acquisition of two TRUMPF TruBend 7036 high-speed bending machines the company has just taken delivery of two new TRUMPF TruPunch 1000 punching machines.
In order to support the rapid business development and ensure a sustainable sales dynamic the company has been actively implementing a comprehensive re-tooling program adding state-of-the-art high-performance equipment to its fleet. The latest acquisition of two new TRUMPF TruPunch 1000 punching machines marks another step towards ensuring maximum production efficiency.
The compact TruPunch 1000 machine is an optimum professional punching soluiton. Requiring 15% less space than the previous model, the new machine offers outstanding versatility of punching, thread cutting, flanging and bending. Medium-sized sheets can be processed in one clamping without an extra re-positioning. The machine is equally capable of processing small jobs and batches quickly and efficiently.
The TruPunch 1000 processes sheet thicknesses of up to 6.4 mm with up to 600 strokes per minute. With the simple and intuitive control system helps the operator feel equally at home with both simple and complex shapes. The Delta Drive eliminates the need for the sheet and support table to move in the Y axis enabling the punching head to travel freely above the metal sheet underneath.
