In the nearest future, the company plans to put into operation TRUMPH TruMatic 1000 (K07) fiber machine, a unique installation for metal components laser cutting and punching.
The specialty is a machine with a compact automation system used for cutting, plastic forming and thread rolling.
The distinguishing characteristic of the new equipment is its flexibility. The machine is designed to operate by utilizing two technologies, i.e. punching and laser cutting. All punching and cutting operations take place on one bench, which allows reducing time needed for feeding details from a punching press to the laser cutting machine and vice versa.
The need to install TruMatic 1000 (K07) fiber machine on the shop floor is dictated by further build-up of the company production capacities. Commissioning of the new machine will allow optimizing the component processing process and increase the production output of high-quality products.
