To ensure stringent compliance with the highest international standards the company continuously upgrades its fleet of state-of-the-art high-performance equipment. Earlier this year the company's facility received four new BL EKII series thermoforming machines commissioned to replace the obsolete units.
Thermoforming machines can produce various parts from plastic stock by using pressure injection moulding technology. These new-generation units are capable of completing most complex jobs in record time. The company's engineers have highly appreciated the new additions for their performance, efficiency and quietness as well as the much improved positioning precision which allows for maintaining the highest quality standards.
The new machines have multiple interlocks for operator safety. In addition to that the new thermoforming machines have a number of trick features for injection mould setup to drastically reduce the mould re-positioning time and provide added operation convenience.
