The project, valued at 1.9 billion UAE dirhams (nearly $520 million), covers an area of 2.2 km² and includes 1,100 modern villas designed to accommodate approximately 7,000 residents. Besides residential buildings, the complex features a well-developed social infrastructure: schools, mosques, parks, shops, a cultural center, and public spaces.
