VENTS adds another chapter to its success story. Our factory received yet another state-of-the-art machine – the TRUMPF TruBend 5085 CNC-controlled press brake.
The new press brake is intended to reduce the waste from bending operations and help produce parts without restriction to geometry. High precision and outstanding quality of fabricated parts is achieved by using innovative technology and sophisticated tooling.
The main advantages of TRUMPF TruBend 5085 include an optimum design of the working area as well as its unique shape and size to accommodate even most large-size blanks. Equipped with the TASC 6000 the TruBend 5085 offers a modern, user-friendly touch screen system for continuous control of bending operations. The BendGuard safety system designed for tooling friendliness allows to prevent emergencies during the production process and guarantees complete user safety. Since the beam and backgauge fingers move quickly, the machine is ideal for series production while up to 6 CNC-controlled backstop axes make the TruBend 5085 equipped for almost anything.
Commissioning of the new CNC-controlled press brake TRUMPF TruBend 5085 has once again demonstrated the commitment of VENTS to continuous improvement of its production facilities to meet the most stringent quality standards.
