FlexiVent – a flexible solution for efficient ventilation

FlexiVent is a system of flexible air ducts, which consists of air ducts with a diameter of 75/90/52, plastic and metal collectors, plenums, fittings, grilles and accessories. This allows you to choose the best solution and implement the most complex projects for your house or apartment. The main advantage of the FlexiVent modular system is that it allows you to save living space and implement custom design solutions.

ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM

1. AIR DUCTS

Flexivent air ducts are made of impact-resistant plastic.

They are available in two form factors: round (75 and 90 mm) and oval (52 mm).

The air ducts are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
The design can be made in two modifications: of normal polyethylene and of polyethylene with antibacterial and antistatic properties.
Air ducts can be easily fixed on the ceiling or mounted in walls or floors.
The ring stiffness indicators comply with international standards: ISO 9969.
The air ducts provide reliable operation in the temperature range from -20 to +60 °C, ensuring efficiency in all conditions.
The smooth inner surface ensures low air resistance and easy cleaning.

2. PLASTIC AIR DISTRIBUTION BOXES

The modular plastic air distribution boxes are new elements of the Flexivent system.

They are designed for even greater flexibility in installation options, as they can be connected to each other in various positions and formats with duct systems.

The collector casings are made of high-quality, durable, lightweight and safe polypropylene (PP) with thermoplastic elastomer (SEBS), which ensures reliable and durable operation of the system.
The collectors operate stably in a wide temperature range from -20 to +60 °C, ensuring efficiency in any environment.
The improved aerodynamics of the distribution boxes allows for more efficient supply and exhaust ventilation systems.
20 models of distribution boxes with a different number of spigots and their sizes. All the distribution boxes are compatible with other Flexivent components.

3. METAL AIR DISTRIBUTION BOXES

Metal air distribution boxes are designed for optimum efficiency in air distribution, providing high strength and corrosion resistance, making them the perfect choice for various mounting options and integration with the Flexivent ductwork system.

The casing of the air distribution boxes is made of high-quality, strong and durable steel with an aluminized zinc (Aluzinc) coating, which provides effective corrosion protection and stable operation of the system for many years.
The air distribution boxes are lined with a 20 mm sound insulation layer on the inside, which minimizes noise in the place of installation.
Unused vents of the metal distribution box can be closed with Flexivent 030990 plugs.

The plenums are made of high-quality, durable and corrosion-resistant metal, which guarantees the system's reliability and durability.
The wide range of plenums includes ceiling, floor and wall-mounted versions.
