Electrically and manually driven fans are designed to be used in supply and exhaust systems in shelters in clean ventilation mode (mode I), filter ventilation mode (mode II) and air regeneration mode (mode III).
May also be used for ventilation of wells and other structures in case of a power outage. They can be powered either via the mains or manually.
When selecting a fan, account for the filter ventilation flow rate and air pressure in the shelter. If the fan performance does not meet the clean ventilation requirements, several ERV fans may be used in parallel in the system.
The fans are designed to operate in a temperate (Y) climate, 2nd placement category (Y2) in compliance with DSTU 15150 at ambient temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +40 °C. If the fan is driven manually, the fan is automatically connected to the gear unit via a clutch coupling. To run the fan, 1 to 3 operators are required.
The ERV fan consists of a corrosion-resistant metal casing, a stationary part, an electric motor, and a gear unit. The pressure and suction spigots in the equipment are connected by means of flanges.
The fans are equipped with three-phase electric motors rated for 400 V/50 Hz voltage. The motor protection rating is IP54.
