Vents VSK 60 Hz — kitchen duct fans in sound-insulated casings with an operating temperature of up to 120 °C for round 315–800 mm diameter air ducts. Maximum airflow — up to 32,000 m³/h.

APPLICATION

Designed to extract contaminated hot air up to 120 °C, containing grease (when using grease filters), in high resistance conditions. Ideally function in various ventilation systems for:

restaurant or café kitchens;
industrial bakeries;
removal of gases generated during welding operations.

DESIGN

The casing of the fan is made of heat- and sound-insulated two-layer panels made of aluzinc. The panels are insulated with 20 mm thick non-combustible mineral wool.
The impeller is made of galvanized heat-resistant steel with backward-curved blades.

MOTOR

Highly reliable АС motors are used: single-phase 230 V - 60 Hz or three-phase 400 V – 60 Hz.
Motor located outside the airflow and separated from the impeller by a metal panel.
Motor protection rating – IP55.
Motor insulation class: F.

EASY MAINTENANCE

The fan’s design takes into account the specific conditions of kitchen use, where equipment quickly becomes coated with a layer of grease and soot. The casing and internal components are designed to be cleaned with high-pressure washers such as Kärcher, and the built-in drain hole ensures the safe and complete removal of water and cleaning agent residues after cleaning. This allows for quick and easy maintenance and helps maintain the fan’s high performance.

VERSATILE MOUNTING

The direction of air flow can be easily changed by rearranging the panel.

INSTALLATION

The Vents VSK 60 Hz can be installed both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor installation, the VPR VSK protective hood is available, which protects from precipitation.
