Flexible joints VVGF-ERV are intended to prevent vibration from being transmitted from electrically and manually driven fans ERV and ERV-M to an air duct shelter ventilation systems. The transported air temperature range is from -40 °C up to +80 °C.
The flexible joints are installed into the ventilation system by fastening the end flanges to corresponding flanges in the ventilation system. Fastening is carried out via galvanized bolts and brackets.
The flexible joints consist of two flanges connected with anti-vibration material. Made of a sheet of galvanized metal and polyethylene tape reinforced with polyamide fabric. The joints are not designed for mechanical loads and must not be used as a supporting structure.
