Continuous expansion of Vents products assortment range puts new challenges for the company and necessitates commissioning of new production equipment from time to time. In order to ensure production of a number of complex and large-format products, the company has commissioned a unique MA 7000 injection moulding machine.
In contrast to other available injection moulding machines, the new MA 7000 injection moulding machine allows producing more massive and larger fabricated parts. Currently it is used for producing plastic casings weighing up to 4.5 kg for Vents Boost inline fans and impellers for the same.
The new injection moulding machine features enhanced specifications. In particular, it is equipped with a new high-performance servo drive system supported by a digital field bus for real-time distributed control. The optimized design of the plate in the press unit ensures the most even distribution of the pressing force. The injection unit has a fully closed circuit for high repeatability of the injection process, as well as linear guides for ensuring low friction and high accuracy.
Besides MA 7000, the company has also commissioned eight new injection moulding machines models MA 1200 and MA 1600 this year. All new machines are connected to a unified network allowing real-time remote control and features Wi-Fi wireless access.
Commissioning of new injection moulding machines allowed the company to improve its production facilities and optimize the plastic products manufacturing process.
