Ventilation Systems has taken next steps towards upgrading its production capacities. Company’s metal processing machinery fleet has been complemented with two new rolling-and-bending machines TruBend 5085 and TruBend 7050 by TRUMPF, a renown German manufacturer.
Commissioning of the new TruBend machines allows enhancing the capacities of the metal processing division of the company, ensuring an increase in the production volumes of sheet metal parts and creating even more comfortable working conditions for the personnel.
TruBend 5085 machine ensures high accuracy of the bending process, energy-efficient and ergonomic operation. ACB Wireless and ACB Laser control systems measure and adjust the bending angle with the help of sensing discs integrated in the upper tool of the machine and also in a contactless manner by means of a laser beam. The servo drive of the machine operates quickly, silently and is engaged only during the bending process; at other times, the hydraulic system stays in a stand-by state and does not consume energy. Using the touch screen monitor, the machine operator is able to carry out three-dimensional designing of the production process and to configure bending operations during the manufacturing process.
TruBend 7050 machine features include its compact size (bending length is 1.530 mm), ergonomics and high speed of parts’ processing. This equipment is quite easy to operate and program. Auxiliary accessories and a rotary control system allow the operator to work both in a standing and sitting position, which makes his workplace more comfortable. Due to availability of an ergonomic storage console, the operator has continuous access to tools and parent sheets, while the LED lighting ensures excellent visibility in the operation area.
