Over the last 15 years VENTS has gained the reputation of an internationally recognized leader on the ventilation market. This success has been based on our resolute determination to build a brand that would stand for quality. Over the years of business development the company has been seasoned by countless challenges forging the esprit de corps and earning respect and recognition worldwide. Still, to appreciate this journey and the effort behind it let us look back and remember a few major milestones full of vivid memories.
It all started back in 1997 when we laid the first bricks into the company foundation as a business unit of the big wholesale and retail construction materials dealer.
VENTS Company headquarters
Ventilation equipment soon became a key element of the business. At that time practically all the ventilation equipment on Ukraine's market was imported from Poland, Italy, Germany and other European countries. However, despite the significant consumer demand the company faced some tough challenges. One was due to the infamous ventilation systems part of every Soviet-era building. Another was caused by the hefty import duties on European goods making the end price far from affordable. In a radical response to the said challenges it was decided to set up in-house ventilation equipment production.
Domestic fans assembly department
In 1997 the company launched a limited range of louvres to test the waters with a locally-made product. Soon in 1999 the "VENTILATION SYSTEMS" subsidiary company was founded which soon fast-tracked to the fully independent status in 2000 (closed corporation) and purchased a part of the shop floors. The compact production facilities housed the stock room and the warehouse, the minimalistic high-pressure plastic diecasting shop, and the household fan and louvre assembly shop. The facility restructuring which followed shortly freed up the much needed space for the extrusion shop and the paintshop. As of the moment our inventory included several metal-working machines, automatic thermoplastic processing machines and other indispensible production equipment. The actual sales bettered most optimistic plans, the company expanded, and the not-so-long ago purchased production floors soon became too small for the entire production chain.
Industrial equipment exposition
The year of 2003 saw a large-scale restructuring and upgrade of the production facilities and company resources. The company acquired new production facilities, built new shop floors and purchased state-of-the-art equipment. Naturally, the production engineering was extremely challenging at times, but no setback could discourage our staff who worked as one towards the ambitious goal.
Venturing into the industrial ventilation segment marked an extremely important milestone in the VENTS history. In 2006 our range was complemented with a variety of axial, centrifugal, roof-mounted and duct fans for industrial applications, but that was not all: our engineers started work on the first prototypes of our air-handling units (central air conditioners). It was as early as 2009 that our first AirVENTS unit was installed and commissioned in Mukachevo remaining in active service by the present.
Logistic centre
Inspired by the success, our engineers have continued to deliver new and upgraded models for most demanding projects. Systematic workflow optimization paid off in abundance as we managed to increase the production capacity, reduce the time required to manufacture each unit and streamline the work in general.
Production equipment
Today VENTS produces a complete range of ventilation equipment of any configuration, output capacity and complexity. Since the early days the production volume has grown by a factor of hundreds! For example, each year we produce about 3,600,000 domestic fans, 180,000 industrial ventilation units, and some 10,000 single-block combined supply and exhaust units. Due to the unrivaled experience and stringent quality standards VENTS has grown into a major exported building partnerships with dealers from 96 countries worldwide.
Just over the recent months we have acquired AMADA and TRUMPF high-precision coordinate punching machines, upgraded a number of mills in the metal processing shop and assembled our own climatic laboratory for testing various products.
We take pride in not only following and implementing the most recent technological advances, but staying ahead of them wherever possible! We face the future with confidence of further production development and building lasting partnerships in the ventilation industry.
The profound experience, vast knowledge base and uncompromising quality which put us ahead of the competition are owed to the tight-knit team of professionals and the well-structured management system.
