For many years VENTILATION SYSTEMS has been actively supporting youth initiatives which resulted in a fruitful collaboration with leading Ukrainian colleges and universities. The company helps the graduates embark on a professional career by inviting senior students to take part in traineeship programs with further employment opportunities. Each year more and more graduates of technology institutions of higher education choose VENTS as the springboard into the profession.
Since 2012 VENTS has been administering the competition for the best course project among the students of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA) with the privilege of awarding the winners of the All-Ukrainian Student Academic Olympics.
On 6 April KNUCA hosted the second round of the All-Ukrainian Academic Olympics in “Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation” major for academic years 2015-2016. The organizers of the Academic Olympics prepared a host of challenging tasks in field of heating, ventilation and gas supply. This year the prestigious award was contested by 23 students from various Ukrainian institutions of higher education. As usual the VENTS took an active part in the awards ceremony held in the beginning of April.
