Without modern metalworking equipment, it is impossible to produce high-quality products out of metal, therefore the modernization of the production capacities of the company "Ventilation systems" is continuous. In particular, the company recently put a new line for unwinding and transverse cutting of rolled thin sheet from a roll into operation.
The new line is designed to produce sheet blanks from rolled metal tape up to 1500 mm wide. It consists of several main nodes that allow unwinding, straightening and transverse cutting of the sheet. The system has a guillotine, a feeding mechanism, a guide table, a collector and three unwinding devices, designed for feeding steel strip from rolls into technological rolled products processing lines.
Due to the three sheet metal feeding points, rolls can be loaded into the unwinding devices directly during the line’s operation without stopping the production process, which allows you to avoid downtime. It also enables you to use rolls of different materials and thicknesses without reloading metal rolls.
The introduction of new unwinding and transverse cutting lines of rolled thin sheets expands the capacities of metalworking, makes the processing of metal sheets more automated and accurate. Operation of new equipment with minimized downtime and high accuracy of positioning and cutting of metal sheets allow to achieve maximum productivity and improve the quality of manufactured products.
