The “Ventilation Systems” engineers performed extensive tests in order perfecting each part of the fan to mitigate noise emissions and ensure a consistent supply of fresh air into the served spaces for exceptional occupant comfort.
VENTS signature mix flow impeller
The company's signature mix flow impeller is the secret behind the optimum combination of silent operation and high performance of VENTS fans. Firstly, the mix flow impeller delivers a powerful aerodynamic flow while generating the minimum amount of noise.
Secondly, the fan casing features special inserts to partially absorb the motor vibrations as well as additional soundproofing.
Finally, the fan outlet pipe has flow guide vanes which straighten the air flow, reduce turbulence, increase air pressure and contribute to better noise control.
Energy-efficient approach to maintaining an optimal microclimate
The fan motor is energy-efficient and quite economical: the fan requires only 7.5 W of power while the air capacity reaches 90 m3/h. A high level of protection against mechanical damage and water ingress makes Quiet-STYLE and Quiet-S ideally suited for bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. The fan is controlled by means of a room light switch.
The VENTS Quiet fans in the TN and VTN variants are equipped with humidity sensors to disable the fan automatically if the humidity on the premises exceeds the sensor threshold adjustable within the 60-90% range and re-enable the fan when the humidity level returns to normal.
Installation benefits
The fan is equipped with a special-design damper preventing reverse air flow while the unit is off. A shortened pipe enables fan installation inside a ventilation shaft or attachment to an air duct 100 mm in diameter.
Stylish design
Our designers have paid a particular attention to styling the Quiet-STYLE and Quiet-S fans to suite a variety of interiors - from Provence to high-tech - in order to please most demanding tastes. The casing, impeller and decorative panels are made of high-quality UV-resistant plastic. In addition to the classic white colour the front panel also comes in blue and green. According to the current design trends these colours are going to be among the most popular in 2016.
Even the packaging of the new Quiet series reflects the VENTS commitment to innovation. Gone is the plain white replaced with a custom-designed look based on the latest European design trends. The new packaging is centred around the image of a butterfly symbolising airiness and constant strive for perfection. This symbol is a perfect blend of the key advantages of Quiet-STYLE and Quiet-S fans: a silent stream of clean fresh air, a stylish design and a new level of occupant comfort.
