Exacting demands to VENTS products stimulate the company to constantly keep track of the scientific advances, upgrade the production facilities and employ the cream of the crop among highly qualified specialists. And we actually got quite good at it.
Earlier this year we purchased a number of Mitsubishi EA V Advance latest generation die-sinking EDM systems incorporating all the latest achievements of MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC and setting new standards for precision, performance and functionality. These units feature the company's highly acclaimed mechanical components, a granite table as standard, a dual-way measuring system working in closed loop and a thermal stabilization and compensation system for X, Y and Z axes for uncompromising positioning precision. The newly developed FP-V generator and DynaTech 2 integrated intelligent electric erosion management system ensure extremely low electrode wear, outstanding performance in most challenging processing conditions and up to Ra 0.1 µm surface quality over large areas.
Die-sinking EDM systems have a practically limitless range of applications and are capable of most intricate contours. Such systems accept a wide range of materials and are indispensible for applications requiring high precision and maximum shaping surface quality for fabricating such items as large-size dies, injection moulds and punching die moulds.
Since all the operations are performed with only one machine tool, these systems effectively provide an alternative for milling, lathe work, polishing or broaching.
The new die-sinking EDM systems can be used to fabricate shaping surfaces of dies and injection moulds for fan blades and impellers, extra small thin-wall parts, radii up 0.025 mm etc.
Mitsubishi EA V series are state-of-the-art machines capable of a broad variety of tasks requiring highest quality.
