In many respects, this shopping and entertainment center is a real record-breaker not only in Ukraine but also in Europe. The total area of the center is 300,000 m², and its visitor capacity is estimated at 20 million people per year.
It houses a 10,000 m² entertainment park, a 2,000 m² green park under a roof, hundreds of shops, about fifty restaurants, a 14-screen cinema, a sports club with a swimming pool, and a parking lot for 3,500 cars.
To keep such a gigantic center breathing smoothly, a powerful and reliable ventilation system was necessary. With its extensive experience in the production of high-performance and energy-efficient ventilation equipment, the company Ventilation Systems submitted the winning bid for the tender with its own comprehensive solution. As a result, Vents supplied dozens of modern AirVENTS units with a total capacity of almost 1.3 million m³/h to the facility. The ventilation equipment was integrated into the building's dispatching system, which allowed for flexible ventilation control and adaptation to any needs of the center.
