Vents at ISH 2025: energy efficiency, energy saving, eco-friendliness

From March 17 to 21 this year, the largest trade fair for modern climate control equipment ISH 2025 was held in the German city of Frankfurt am Main. Just like in previous years, Ventilation Systems presented its new developments at the exhibition.

For five days, the Frankfurt exhibition area turned into the world HVACR industry center. For five days, the Frankfurt exhibition area turned into the world HVACR industry center. The scale of this exhibition event is eloquently evidenced by the numbers: this year, almost 2200 exhibiting companies from 54 countries took part in ISH, and over 163 thousand guests from 150 countries visited it.

Not only does ISH demonstrate the current state of the industry and introduce new developments by market participants, but it also sets certain trends. This year the exhibition was held under the motto “Solutions for a Sustainable Future”, which prompted the developers of climate control equipment to demonstrate their best energy-efficient, energy-saving and eco-friendly solutions.

Products by Vents were presented at the common stand of the Blauberg Group with an area of 144 m2. There, visitors could see both the latest developments by Vents and well-known solutions that have proven themselves in recent years.

In the domain of residential ventilation, energy-efficient and low-noise Arc series fans, low-noise exhaust fans with automatic louvers of the Alta series, and disk valves with a decorative panel Vela AP 125 RF drew the greatest attention of the stand visitors.

The Arc fans feature a high air flow (up to 140 m3/h) while being almost completely silent (from 9 dBA). Humidity, temperature, and motion sensors allow the devices to autonomously change operating modes based on air quality and the presence of people, constantly maintaining a comfortable indoor climate. The Arc Smart fans can be controlled using a regular smartphone. The devices have a modern, laconic design and are available in white and black colors.

The Alta fan has an advanced mixed-type impeller to achieve as high an air flow as possible (up to 90 m3/h) with a minimum noise level (25 dBA). The device is equipped with a reliable motor with low power consumption and automatic louvers that close when the fan is turned off and prevent backdraft. The fan outlet spigot is equipped with special air flow rectifiers that reduce turbulence, increase air pressure and help reduce noise.

Vela AP 125 RF is a series of modern and stylish supply and exhaust disk valves of minimalistic shape in subtle matte colors. The new product is distinguished by extensive indoor air flow distribution management options and a design that is easy to install and maintain. The disk valve has an aerodynamic shape and is equipped with a decorative panel. The range includes white and black round and square panels.

In the domain of industrial ventilation, Vents was represented by the latest innovations - energy-efficient inline fans of the Boost-I and Stream series.

The Boost-I fans are designed to be used in ventilation systems of commercial and industrial premises with high noise requirements. They are manufactured in a heat and sound insulated casing and have an air flow of up to 3185 m3/h. Boost-I has an improved mixed-type impeller, which is a hybrid of axial and centrifugal impellers.

However, the real leader in the branch of industrial ventilation is the Stream mixed-type inline fan. This device is distinguished by its high performance (up to 320 m3/h), low power consumption, quiet operation (from 16 dBA) and modern design. Another advantage of this fan is its compact size, which makes it possible to install it in a limited space in any position. It is worth mentioning that despite its young age, Stream has already won a prestigious award from the iF DESIGN AWARD international design competition.

Among the novelties of single-room decentralized systems, the Atmo 250 heat recovery unit and Micra 80 wall-mounted air handling unit with heat recovery attracted the greatest attention of the visitors.

Atmo 250 is a premium heat recovery unit with high air flow (up to 70 m3/h), high heat recovery rate (up to 95%) and low noise level (from 11 dBA). The heat exchanger has a compact indoor unit, an operating module with easy access to all components of the device, a posistor electric heater and preheater, a gravity exhaust valve located on the outdoor side, and centrifugal EC fans with high wind resistance. The supply air is filtered with a G4 filter or an optional F7 fine filter. Since the fan module is located on the outdoor side, the heat recovery unit turned out to be the quietest among the analogues available on the European market.

The air handling unit Micra 80 has an air flow of up to 90 m3/h, low noise level (from 17 dBA) and high recovery efficiency (up to 95%). The fan module of the unit consists of a G4 fresh air pre-filter, automatic supply and exhaust gravity valves and two centrifugal EC fans. This module is located on the outdoor side, which ensures low noise and high wind resistance. If required, the unit can be equipped with a filter of a higher filtration class: M5 or F7.

The company's booth also featured the well-known TwinFresh Easy RL7-50-17, Solo RA1-60-9 R V.2 and TwinFresh Style Wi-Fi heat recovery units. The special feature of these heat recovery units is the use of ceramic heat exchangers with high heat recovery efficiency (up to 97%). In addition to heat recovery, ceramic heat exchangers also ensure that the humidity balance in the room is maintained. Antibacterial treatment ensures that no harmful bacteria can grow in the regenerator, which is an additional guarantee of high air quality.

The TwinFresh Easy RL7-50-17 heat recovery unit is one of the quietest on the market: the noise level when the device is operating at the first speed is only 12 dBA, at the maximum speed – 20 dBA. The design of the unit uses a noise insulator that protects the room from street noise, making the ventilation process as comfortable as possible for the user. The stand also included a new group control system for TwinFresh Easy RL7-50-17 heat recovery units based on the ST1 controller and RS 485 protocol. This system makes it possible to control four zones, each of which can contain up to six heat recovery units. This is quite convenient when using several ventilation devices in private homes and office buildings.

A distinctive feature of the TwinFresh Style Wi-Fi heat recovery unit is the option to control it via a smartphone app, which allows for easy and convenient use. The air flow of the unit is up to 50 m3/h in the ventilation mode and up to 25 m3/h in the heat recovery mode. The use of a ceramic honeycomb-type heat exchanger ensures high recovery efficiency of up to 90%.

At ISH 2025, Vents presented a new type of climate control equipment for the first time. It is refrigeration equipment that will be sold under the BlauCool brand. The range of these products includes domestic heat pumps, VRF systems, chillers, fan coils and other equipment. The key feature of BlauCool equipment is its high energy efficiency, which will allow the company's customers to cut energy costs significantly and minimize their carbon footprint.

In its operations, Ventilation Systems is guided by the principles of sustainable development, so all Vents products fully meet all modern requirements for eco-friendliness and energy efficiency.

In conclusion, we would like to say thank you to everyone who visited the Blauberg Group stand and was interested in Vents products. We are always happy to communicate with you and look forward to further developing our partnership.
