VENTS continues upgrading production facilities

Year by year the products marketed under the VENTS brand are becoming more and more popular both at home and abroad. To satisfy the growing demand and meet the latest quality standards "Ventilation Systems" is committed to a comprehensive policy of expanding and upgrading its production facilities. In August this year the company completed yet another phase of the expansion which included commissioning four new Haitian injection moulding machines (IMM).

The Haitian brand was chosen for a good reason as these IMMs have already proven their reliability at the plastic injection moulding shop of VENTS. Since the autumn of 2017 when the company purchased eight such machines they have stood the test of time demonstrating excellent performance and providing excellent quality of fabricated parts.

Thanks to the low-frequency vector control motors Haitian injection moulding machines are characterised with low power consumption. The servo motor/gear pump drive cuts power consumption by 80% and reduces hydraulic oil temperatures for additional cost savings while optimised kinematics of the toggle unit result in record casting times.

To maintain international ventilation industry leadership "Ventilation Systems" continuously streamlines business processes, upgrades production facilities and implements the latest technology. The launch of the new injection moulding machines is a testament to the company's dedication to the chosen course which lays a solid groundwork for the future.
