The next step in this regard was the commissioning of a new hydraulic deep-drawing press with a pressing force of 100 tons. The new unit will ensure even higher quality of components for Vents ventilation products, speed up their production and, consequently, reduce the lead time.
The launch of the new Hidroliksan HCFP press is driven by the growth in production volumes of products by Vents, as well as the desire to create even more comfortable working conditions for the staff. The press is easy to operate, compact in size, has a convenient working area and ensures the highest safety level for the specialists who operate it.
The new press is designed for deep drawing, molding, punching, cutting and straightening of metal products. In view of the extension of the production of inline fans, the new press will be used for deep drawing centrifugal fan casings and covers in metal cases for round air ducts, in particular,
VKM,
VKMz series and other products.
