High Park Berlin is a modern aparthotel with 58 apartments, ranging from compact studios to spacious three-room apartments. Six compact VUT PBE EC air handling units with an air flow of up to 4000 m³/h ensure comfort for guests and staff.
VUT PBE EC units utilize plate heat exchangers – counterflow polystyrene or crossflow aluminum ones. Supply and exhaust air flows are physically separated and do not mix with each other, which prevents some of the odors and pollutants from returning to the room. The VUE 300/550/900 PBE/PBV EC models use an enthalpy plate counterflow heat exchanger, which is capable of recovering not only heat but also humidity, which is especially important during the cold season when the heating is on.
VUT PBE EC units are manufactured in a sound- and heat-insulated aluminum-zinc casing and equipped with an electric heater that heats the supply air to a comfortable temperature.
VUT PBE EC units fully comply with modern energy efficiency standards. The heat recovery units retain up to 90% of the heat in the rooms, which significantly reduces energy costs without compromising comfort. With the use of EC motors, power use is reduced by more than a third, while maintaining high air flow and low noise, which is especially important for hotels.
VUT PBE EC units are controlled via the Vents Home smartphone app over Wi-Fi. The A21 controller allows the unit to be integrated into Smart Home and Building Management Systems.
Vents offers reliable and energy-efficient solutions for any project.
