On March 12–15, 2024 Milan (Italy) hosted the International Exhibition Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) 2024, dedicated to technologies and equipment in the HVAC&R industry. As always, considerable attention of the audience was focused on the new products by Vents.
This time, the largest exhibition in the ventilation industry gathered over 1,700 participants from 141 countries and 121 thousand visitors in a single place. Vents products were presented at the general stand of the Blauberg Group and covered items of domestic, industrial and decentralized ventilation.
In the domestic ventilation segment, the most popular among the visitors were smart low-noise extract Arc series fans, ceiling centrifugal HBF fan series and a design solution Design Concept.
Arc fans provide an air flow of up to 140 m3/ h and have a noise level of only 9 dBA. The devices are equipped with humidity, temperature and motion sensors that enable them to autonomously change operating modes depending on air quality and the presence of people, constantly maintaining a comfortable indoor climate. The Arc Smart fan can be controlled using a regular smartphone. The devices have a modern, concise design and are available in white and black colors.
HBF fans feature a high performance (up to 482 m3/h) while still having quiet operation thanks to the optimized casing design. Thanks to a wide range of universal decorative matte panels of round and square shapes, ventilation devices have an attractive design and fit harmoniously into any bathroom and kitchen interior design. An interesting novelty of the HBF series was the use of decorative panels equipped with LED lighting, which caused extremely positive reaction from the exhibition guests.
The European audience showed unfading interest in the new Design Concept solution released in recent years. This design solution covers high-performance and low-noise fans Ace and Base, ventilation grilles MV 100 FB, diffuser F4 100 FB and a whole range of stylish removable decorative panels that differ in color, pattern and texture. A wide range of panel choices allows the user to manifest their own imagination and choose a matching fan for any bathroom or kitchen interior, as well as change it at any time.
Guests of the stand were also interested to learn about the latest developments of the company: quiet and economical MF and Quiet fans in a new design, low-noise AeroGlass fan with glass design panels and temperature and humidity indication and a new Alta fan with a mixed-type impeller and automatic shutters.
The Vents industrial ventilation segment was represented by new products of recent years – energy-efficient ducted fans of the Boost and Stream series.
Thanks to its high productivity (up to 3390 m3/h) and a low noise level (from 34 dBA), the Boost series fans are the optimal solution for use in supply and exhaust ventilation systems that require a powerful air flow – for example, in commercial, office and other public and industrial indoor spaces. The device is designed in a polymeric casing, which also allows it to be effectively used in rooms with high humidity.
However, the leader among the presented products by Vents was the Stream inline fan, which had already received recognition of a professional audience. We have already reported that this ventilation device recently received a prestigious award at the international design competition iF DESIGN AWARD, which is held annually in Germany. More than 130 independent experts from all over the world highly appreciated both the technical characteristics of the device and its design.
Stream is an energy-efficient mixed-type inline fan featuring high performance, low power consumption and quiet operation. What is especially noteworthy is the modern appearance of the new product, because we strive to ensure that the ventilation equipment is not only efficient, but also stylish. Other advantages of the new fan include its compact size, which enables you to install it in a limited space in any position.
The exhibits by Vents was another novelty that left few people indifferent. We are talking about flush-mounted diffusers DP-RC/DP-C. Such diffusers are a perfect solution for rooms of various designs and purposes, since they are almost unnoticeable on the ceiling, have a stylish look and can be painted to match the color of the ceiling. The devices are quite light (they are made of high-density eco-friendly foam) and have a round and square shape of decorative panels for different space geometries. The panels are fixed with magnets, which makes maintenance of the device easy and comfortable. The air pressure is regulated by a throttle made of hygienic eco-friendly noise-absorbing foam.
In conclusion, it is worth noting that the products presented at MCE 2024 by Vents fully meet modern requirements for environmental friendliness and energy efficiency, as well as the concept of sustainable development in general. Most of the company's products are made from recycled high-quality plastic, namely, the ventilation equipment is equipped with high-efficiency motors (in particular, EC motors) with low energy consumption and heat exchangers, which allow you to keep the rooms warm in winter and cool in summer and thus reduce the load on heating and air conditioning systems.
